Quality Statement
Everything we do is done in person in our NW Montana facility. We hope to provide you and your family with nutritious, minimally processed flours, grains, and other products. To that end, each and every Granite Mill Farms product meets the following quality criteria:
- Certified USDA Organic– No glyphosates or any other synthetic chemicals.
- Non-GMO– No genetically modified ingredients, per USDA regulation.
- 100% Whole Grain– Nothing is added and nothing is removed.
- Stone-milled Flours– Traditional flours are stone milled at a low temperature.
- Small Batches– Flours are milled as needed.
Shipping
We pride ourselves in prompt shipping. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days, and arrive within 1 week of shipment. We offer multiple shipping options at checkout to help provide affordable options nationwide; all options may ship via USPS or UPS. If you have a specific shipping need, such as UPS only delivery or express shipping, please contact us.
If your order arrives damaged in transit, please let us know so we can pursue a resolution.
Order Cancellation
If you would like to cancel a recently placed order, please contact us as soon as possible. Please provide your order number and reason for cancellation, and we will do our best to stop shipment. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped. Cancelled orders will receive a refund of payment, less any applicable processing fees. (3-4% for credit card or PayPal payments). These fees are unrecoverable after checkout.
Refunds & Returns
We hope each customer is satisfied with their order. If a product does not meet your expectations, please reach out to us to discuss your concerns.
To be approved, returns must be within 30 days of purchase. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Product must be unopened, and will be subject to inspection upon return. Only the original purchase price can be refunded, shipping charges are non-refundable.
Bulk Discounts
Large orders with over $500 retail value may be eligible for a 10% discount. Bulk purchases will be subject to a 3% processing fee for credit card payments. Contact us for quotes and inquiries.
Wholesale Opportunities
Wholesale pricing is available for distributors, retail stores, bakeries, and more. Client must represent an established business and/or have repeat purchase history, with verifiable reselling credentials. Contact us to discuss opportunities and terms.
