We pride ourselves in prompt shipping. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days, and arrive within 1 week of shipment. We offer multiple shipping options at checkout to help provide affordable options nationwide; all options may ship via USPS or UPS. If you have a specific shipping need, such as UPS only delivery or express shipping, please contact us.

If your order arrives damaged in transit, please let us know so we can pursue a resolution.

Order Cancellation

If you would like to cancel a recently placed order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped. All canceled orders will be subject to a 4% processing fee.

Refunds & Returns

We hope each customer is satisfied with their order. If a product does not meet your expectations, please reach out to us and we will seek a resolution.

To be approved, returns must be within 30 days of purchase. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Product must be unopened, and will be subject to damage inspection upon return. Refunds will only be issued upon receipt of item, for the original purchase price. The original shipping charge is non-refundable.

Bulk Discounts

Large orders with over $500 retail value may be eligible for a 10% discount. Bulk purchases will be subject to a 3% processing fee for credit card payments. Contact us for quotes and inquiries.

Wholesale pricing is available for distributors, retail stores, bakeries, and more. Client must represent an established business and/or have repeat purchase history, with verifiable reselling credentials. Contact us to discuss opportunities and terms. We love working with businesses big and small!
