Our most versatile mix uses sprouted einkorn flour for a mild nuttiness and tender bite. Lightly sweet, the scones make scrumptious jam vessels on their own, but can also be customized with mix-ins. We like to add mini-chocolate chips or cinnamon, but feel free to interpret these however you like! The biscuits are even easier to make, for a fast, wholesome breakfast side. Delicious with gravy!
